WINING AND DINING

Every Monday evening, Librerie Lovat had 5 star restaurants serve up 3 mini courses of their speciality, be it fish or meat. Each brought their own brand of wine, with a different bottle per plate.

King prawns, soft-boiled potatoes, pesto and balsamic drizzle and of course, carefully selected wine

Chocolate fondant (gluten free), homemade raspberry ice cream, caramelised orange

Mini brioche filled with crab, avocado and homemade mayonnaise

Just can't get enough of them

Homemade  crackers/biscuits served in a cocktail glass of rock salt

Mini pastries layered with carrot and anchoive

Pink brioche wrapped around Italian sausage

The intensity of the colour was incredible (and amusing)

Panettone - Pandoro (the latter being without added nuts/fruit)

Sliced up and ready to taste

Gift wrapped for Christmas

Sandra's full of spirit...
